Hozirgi davrda shaharlarning tez sur’atlarda kengayishi hamda “Eco shahar” konsepsiyasining rivojlanishi urban infratuzilmani samarali boshqarish uchun zamonaviy logistika yechimlarini talab etmoqda. Shu jarayonda maishiy chiqindilarni yig‘ish va tashish tizimi katta miqdordagi transport vositalari hamda vaqt resurslarini talab qiluvchi muhim soha hisoblanadi. Amaldagi yo‘nalishlarning samarasiz tashkil etilishi yoqilg‘i sarfining oshishiga, transport tirbandliklariga hamda ekologik muammolarning kuchayishiga sabab bo‘lmoqda. Ushbu maqolaning asosiy maqsadi Kommivoyajor masalasi doirasida maishiy chiqindilarni yig‘ish jarayonini hamda transport vositalarining harakat yo‘nalishlarini optimallashtirish orqali transport xarajatlari va vaqtni kamaytirishdan iborat.
