Abstract

Zamonaviy tilshunoslik paradigmasida eng ko‘p muhokama qilinadigan, serqirra va murakkab tushunchalardan biri bu “diskurs” fenomenidir. Etimologik jihatdan lotincha “discursus” (muhokama qilish, oldinga va orqaga yugurish, harakat) so‘ziga borib taqaluvchi ushbu atama dastlab mantiqiy dalil va isbotli bilimni anglatgan bo‘lsa, bugungi kunda u gumanitar fanlarning chorrahasida joylashgan fundamental konseptga aylandi[1]. Diskursning ushbu kognitiv, ijtimoiy, pragmatik va kommunikativ qirralari uning xususiy ko‘rinishlaridan biri bo‘lgan gastronomik diskursni tahlil qilish uchun mustahkam nazariy baza yaratadi. Gastronomik diskurs insonning eng fundamental ehtiyojlaridan biri bo‘lgan oziq-ovqat va ovqatlanish jarayoni atrofida shakllangan murakkab semiotik va lingvomadaniy tizimdir.
