Abstract

Turizm va mehmondo‘stlik sohasida standartlashtirish xizmat sifatini oshirish, mijozlar ishonchini mustahkamlash va xalqaro talablar bilan uyg‘unlikni ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu jarayon mehmonxonalar, restoranlar va sayyohlik xizmatlarida yagona me’yor va qoidalarni joriy etishga yordam beradi. Standartlar xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini barqarorlashtiradi, xavfsizlikni oshiradi va mijozlar tajribasini yaxshilaydi. Shuningdek, xalqaro turizm bozorida raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytiradi. Standartlashtirish orqali xodimlar malakasi oshadi va xizmatlar sifati nazorat qilinadi. Natijada turizm sohasi rivojlanadi va iqtisodiyotga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
