Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada odam embriogenezining eng muhim va murakkab a’zolaridan biri bo‘lgan yo‘ldosh (platsenta) rivojlanishining gistologik va embriologik qonuniyatlari hamda uning klinik patologiyalari chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida urug‘langan tuxumhujayraning implantatsiyasi, trofoblast differensialshuvi (sitotrofoblast va sinsitiotrofoblast), xorion vorislarining (vorsinkalarining) bosqichma-bosqich shakllanishi mikroskopik darajada o‘rganilgan. Ishda ona va homila o‘rtasidagi qon almashinuvini ta’minlovchi gematoplatsentar to‘siq (barer) strukturasining haftalar bo‘yicha yupqalashib borish dinamikasi va uning transport funksiyasi yoritilgan. Akusherlik va ginekologiyada eng ko‘p uchraydigan platsentar yetishmovchilik, yo‘ldoshning barvaqt ko‘chishi va uning infarkti kabi patologiyalarning kelib chiqish mexanizmlari gistopatologik prizma orqali tahlil qilingan. Muallif sifatida mavjud darsliklardagi klassik qarashlar guruhlanib, xorion vorislarining ona bachadon devoriga invaziyasi jarayonida trofoblastik immun-shantaj va uning preeklampsiya kasalligi bilan bog‘liqligiga doir yangi shaxsiy gipoteza ilgari surilgan. Maqola tarkibi zamonaviy fundamental tibbiyot talablariga mos ravishda kirish, adabiyotlar tahlili, metodologiya, muhokama va aniq 300 so‘zlik xulosadan iborat.
