O‘smirlik davrining psixologik xususiyatlari, ushbu yoshdagi o‘quvchilarning ehtiyojlari hamda psixologik mashg‘ulotlarning shaxs rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, mashg‘ulotlarni tashkil etishning zamonaviy usullari va amaliy jihatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
