Ushbu maqolada o‘quvchilarning emotsional intellektini rivojlantirishda innovatsion yondashuvlarning roli va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Emotsional intellekt shaxsning o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash, boshqarish, boshqalarning hissiyotlarini to‘g‘ri talqin etish hamda samarali muloqotga kirishish qobiliyatini belgilovchi muhim psixologik omil sifatida talqin etiladi. Shuningdek, innovatsion yondashuvlar yordamida o‘quvchilarda o‘zini anglash, empatiya, stressni boshqarish va ijtimoiy moslashuv kabi fazilatlarni rivojlantirishning samarali usullari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
