Abstract

Mazkur maqolada 12–13 yoshli karatechilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini innovatsion texnologiyalar asosida takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda wearable sensorlar, virtual reallik (VR) va sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyalarining tezkorlik, kuch, chidamlilik hamda reaksiya tezligiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. 30 nafar yosh karatechi ishtirokida 6 oy davomida o‘tkazilgan tajriba natijalari eksperimental guruhda jismoniy sifatlar ko‘rsatkichlari sezilarli yaxshilanganligini ko‘rsatdi. Natijalar raqamli texnologiyalarni sport mashg‘ulotlariga integratsiya qilish yosh karatechilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini samarali rivojlantirishini tasdiqladi.
