ISHLAB CHIQARISHNI PLC VA SCADA TEXNOLOGIYALARI ASOSIDA AVTOMATLASHTIRISH: JORIY ETISH BOSQICHLARI

Zamonaviy ishlab chiqarish korxonalarining raqobatbardoshligi mahsulot sifati, jarayonlar uzluksizligi va energiya samaradorligiga bevosita bog’liq bo’lib, bularning barchasi avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlarini joriy etishni talab qiladi. Maqolada dasturlashtiriladigan mantiqiy kontrollerlar (PLC) va dispetcherlik nazorati hamda ma’lumot yig’ish (SCADA) tizimlari asosida ishlab chiqarishni avtomatlashtirishni bosqichma-bosqich joriy etish metodikasi taklif etilgan. ISA-95 darajalari doirasidagi tizim arxitekturasi, IEC 61131-3 standarti asosida PLC dasturlash, SCADA/HMI ishlab chiqish, integratsiya, sinov va ishga tushirish masalalari ko’rib chiqilgan. Joriy etishning to’qqiz bosqichli umumlashtirilgan modeli hamda PLC va SCADA funksiyalarining qiyosiy tahlili keltirilgan. Natijalar bunday tizimli yondashuv jarayonlar uzluksizligini, mahsulot sifatini va resurs tejamkorligini oshirishini ko’rsatadi.
