Annotatsiya: Ushbu tezisda ichki ishlar tizimida faoliyat yurituvchi inspektor-psixolog shaxsiga qo‘yiladigan asosiy ijtimoiy-psixologik talablar tahlil qilinadi. Huquqni muhofaza qilish faoliyatining murakkab va stressogen xususiyatlarini inobatga olgan holda, psixolog mutaxassisning shaxsiy, kommunikativ hamda emotsional-irodaviy sifatlari yoritib beriladi.
Аннотация: В данном тезисе анализируются основные социально-психологические требования, предъявляемые к личности инспектора-психолога, осуществляющего профессиональную деятельность в системе органов внутренних дел. С учетом сложного и стрессогенного характера правоохранительной деятельности раскрываются личностные, коммуникативные, а также эмоционально-волевые качества специалиста-психолога.
Abstract: This thesis analyzes the main socio-psychological requirements imposed on the personality of an inspector-psychologist working within the internal affairs system. Taking into account the complex and stress-intensive nature of law enforcement activities, the personal, communicative, and emotional-volitional qualities of the psychologist specialist are highlighted.
