Afsuski, ko‘p hollarda yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarda UTI (siydik yo‘llari infeksiyalari) aniq klinik ko‘rinishga ega bo‘lmaydi va faqat klinik belgilar asosida TORCH-infeksiyalarini tashxislash (maxsus mikrobiologik tekshiruvlarsiz) 90–95% hollarda diagnostik xatoliklarga olib keladi. UTI tashxisi quyidagilarning umumiy tahliliga asoslanadi
