Tug‘ma CMV infektsiyasining antenatal tashxisi homilador ayolda birlamchi CMV infektsiyasini aniqlash, latent infektsiyaning reaktivatsiyasi yoki yangi CMV shtammi bilan superinfeksiyani aniqlashga asoslanadi. Homilador ayolni tekshirishning standart usuli – bu IgM va IgG sinfidagi maxsus antitanalarni, IgG avidligini serumda aniqlash bo‘lib, bu enzim bog‘langan immunoferment (ELISA) yoki immunoxemiluminescentsiya (IXLA) yordamida amalga oshiriladi va dastlab homiladorlikni aniqlashda bajariladi [19,20,21,22].
