Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar guruhiga mansub bo’lgan Altsgeymer va Parkinson kasalliklarining patogenezi zamonaviy ilmiy manbalar asosida ko’rib chiqiladi. Neyrodegeneratsiya jarayonida nerv hujayralarining asta-sekin nobud bo’lishi, sinaptik aloqalarning buzilishi hamda markaziy asab tizimi faoliyatining izdan chiqishi asosiy mexanizm sifatida ko’rib chiqiladi. Mazkur maqolada neyrodegenerativ jarayonlarning zamonaviy patofiziologik mexanizmlari, xususan amiloid-β, tau oqsili va α-sinuklein agregatsiyasi, mitoxondrial disfunksiya, oksidlovchi stress hamda neyroinflammasiyaning roli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ushbu kasalliklarning klinik belgilari, diagnostik ahamiyati va zamonaviy davolash yondashuvlari yoritiladi. Maqola neyrodegenerativ kasalliklarning molekulyar va hujayraviy asoslarini tushuntirishga hamda kelgusida samarali strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
