Annotatsiya: Kimyoviy ommaviy qirg‘in qurollari zamonaviy xavfsizlik tizimi
uchun eng jiddiy tahdidlardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada kimyoviy jangovar
moddalarining toksikologik xususiyatlari, inson organizmiga ta’sir mexanizmlari
hamda favqulodda vaziyatlarda tibbiy yordam ko‘rsatishning asosiy taktik tamoyillari
tahlil qilinadi. Nerv-paralitik, teri shikastlovchi (vesikant), bo‘g‘uvchi va boshqa
turdagi kimyoviy moddalar inson organizmida turli fiziologik va biokimyoviy
o‘zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Tadqiqotda kimyoviy moddalar ta’sirida yuzaga
keladigan klinik simptomlar, ularning toksikodinamikasi va toksikokinetikasi hamda
zararlanganlarga ko‘rsatiladigan birlamchi tibbiy yordam choralariga alohida e’tibor
qaratilgan. Favqulodda vaziyatlarda tezkor dekontaminatsiya, antidot terapiyasi va
reanimatsion choralar muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ko‘rsatib berilgan.
