Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada ta’lim menejmenti doirasida personalni boshqarishning asosiy
tushunchalari, vazifalari va tamoyillari yoritilgan. Ta’lim muassasalarida samarali
boshqaruvni tashkil etishda inson omilining ahamiyati, pedagogik va psixologik
yondashuvlar asosida personal bilan ishlashning usullari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,
zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida rahbarning roli va boshqaruv madaniyati masalalari ko‘rib
chiqilgan.
