Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada Big Data texnologiyalarining turizm sohasidagi
ahamiyati va uning rivojlanishga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy
raqamli muhitda katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlarni yig‘ish, qayta ishlash va tahlil qilish
turizm xizmatlarini yanada takomillashtirish imkonini beradi. Big Data yordamida
turistlarning xulq-atvori, ehtiyojlari va qiziqishlari aniqlanib, individual xizmatlar
taklif etiladi. Shuningdek, ushbu texnologiya marketing strategiyalarini samarali
tashkil etish, mijozlar oqimini prognozlash va turistik infratuzilmani rivojlantirishda
muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Natijada, turizm sohasi raqobatbardoshligi va samaradorligi
oshadi.
