Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA:  Mazkur  maqolada  defektolog  mutaxassislarning  kasbiy 
tayyorgarligi hamda pedagogik amaliyot tushunchasining nazariy va amaliy jihatlari 
kompleks  tarzda  tahlil  qilinadi.  Zamonaviy  ta’lim  tizimida  maxsus  pedagogika 
yo‘nalishida  faoliyat  yurituvchi  mutaxassislarning  bilim,  ko‘nikma  va  malakalariga 
qo‘yilayotgan talablar tobora ortib borayotganligi sababli, ularning kasbiy shakllanish 
jarayonini takomillashtirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada defektologlarning 
kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishda nazariy bilimlar, amaliy mashg‘ulotlar va 
pedagogik  amaliyotning  uzviy  bog‘liqligi  yoritilgan.Shuningdek,  pedagogik 
amaliyotning  mazmuni,  vazifalari  va  turlari  keng  ochib  berilib,  uning  bo‘lajak 
mutaxassislarning  mustaqil  faoliyatga  tayyorlanishidagi  o‘rni  asoslab  beriladi. 
Pedagogik amaliyot jarayonida talabalarda refleksiya, kasbiy moslashuv, innovatsion 
yondashuvlarni  qo‘llash  hamda  individual  yondashuv  asosida  ishlash  ko‘nikmalari 
shakllanishi  ta’kidlanadi.  Bundan tashqari,  maqolada  maxsus ta’lim  muassasalarida 
olib boriladigan amaliyotning samaradorligini oshirish omillari, jumladan, mentorlik 
tizimi,  interfaol  metodlar  va  integrativ  yondashuvlarning  ahamiyati 
yoritilgan.Tadqiqot  natijalari  defektolog  mutaxassislarni  tayyorlashda  pedagogik 
amaliyotni tizimli tashkil etish, nazariya va amaliyot uyg‘unligini ta’minlash hamda 
zamonaviy ta’lim texnologiyalaridan samarali foydalanish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
