Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA:Ushbu  keng  ko‘lamli  maqola  maktabgacha  ta’lim 
muassasalarida  zamonaviy  rahbarning  innovatsion  boshqaruv  strategiyalarini  to‘liq 
yoritishga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada transformatsion liderlik, raqamli transformatsiya, 
loyiha  boshqaruvi,  kollegial  qarorlar  qabul  qilish,  inklyuziv  boshqaruv,  stressga 
chidamlilik va emotsional intellekt kabi zamonaviy strategiyalarning nazariy asoslari 
va amaliy tatbiqi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, innovatsiyalarni joriy etishdagi to‘siqlar, 
ularni yengish mexanizmlari, xalqaro tajriba va O‘zbekistondagi amaliyot yoritilgan. 
Maqola maktabgacha ta’lim rahbarlari, metodistlar, ta’lim menejment mutaxassislari 
va ilmiy tadqiqotchilar uchun mo‘ljallangan.
