Annotatsiya.Mazkur maqolada talabalarda egiluvchanlik sifatini
rivojlantirishda zamonaviy yondashuvlardan biri sifatida BOSU platformasidan
foydalanishning ilmiy-nazariy asoslari va amaliy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi.
Tadqiqot davomida egiluvchanlikni oshirishga qaratilgan an’anaviy va innovatsion
metodlar bo‘yicha ilmiy adabiyotlar o‘rganilib, BOSU platformasining funksional
imkoniyatlari asoslab berildi. Shuningdek, BOSU asosidagi mashg‘ulotlarning
mushak-elastiklik xususiyatlari, bo‘g‘im harakatchanligi va muvozanatga ta’siri tahlil
qilindi. Tahlillar natijasida aniqlanishicha, BOSU platformasi yordamida
bajariladigan mashqlar egiluvchanlikni rivojlantirish bilan birga organizmning
umumiy funksional tayyorgarligini ham yaxshilaydi. Ushbu yondashuv jismoniy
tarbiya jarayoniga zamonaviy innovatsion metod sifatida joriy etilishi mumkin.
