ANNOTATSIYA
Ushbu maqolada aqliy va jismoniy rivojlanish jarayoni hamda unga ta’sir
etuvchi asosiy omillar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy holat, oila muhiti,
uyqu va ovqatlanish sifati, jismoniy faollik va sport bilan shug‘ullanish, raqamli
texnologiyalar, atrof-muhit hamda geografik joylashuvning inson rivojlanishiga ta’siri
yoritilgan. Shuningdek, aqliy va jismoniy rivojlanishning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatib
berilgan. Natijalar kompleks yondashuv va sog‘lom turmush tarzining muhimligini
tasdiqlaydi.
