Annotatsiya. Maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarning hissiy-intellektual rivojlanishi ularning shaxsiyati, ijtimoiy moslashuvi va kelajakdagi muvaffaqiyatlariga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu jarayonda tarbiyachining emotsional kompetensiyasi muhim rol o‘ynaydi, chunki bolalar emotsiyalarni o‘rganishda va ijtimoiy munosabatlarni shakllantirishda tarbiyachining hissiy holatiga va xatti-harakatlariga sezgir bo‘ladilar. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, emotsional jihatdan barqaror, empatiya qobiliyatiga ega va hissiy ongini rivojlantira oladigan tarbiyachi bolalarning o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish, empatiya va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarini yaxshilashga yordam beradi. Shu bilan birga, tarbiyachining hissiy kompetensiyasi bolalarning stressga chidamliligi, e’tiborini jamlash va muammolarni mustaqil hal etish qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishga ham ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur maqolada tarbiyachining emotsional kompetensiyasining maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarning hissiy-intellektual rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati, uning shakllanishi va amaliyotdagi roli tahlil qilinadi.
