Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Markaziy Osiyo (Sharq) Uyg‘onish davrining eng yirik siymolaridan biri, qomusiy olim Abu Rayhon Beruniyning hayoti, ko‘p qirrali ilmiy faoliyati va jahon ilm-fani rivojiga qo‘shgan beqiyos hissasi tahlil qilinadi. Allomaning astronomiya, matematika, geodeziya va mineralogiya sohalaridagi inqilobiy kashfiyotlari, xususan, Yer radiusini hisoblashdagi metrologik aniqligi hamda "Hindiston", "Qonuni Mas’udiy" kabi asarlarining sivilizatsiyalararo muloqotdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, Beruniyning ilmiy xolisligi va uning intellektual merosining zamonaviy yoshlar tarbiyasidagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.
Annotation: This article analyzes the life, multifaceted scientific activities, and incomparable contributions to the development of world science of Abu Rayhan al-Biruni, one of the greatest figures of the Central Asian (Eastern) Renaissance. The encyclopedic scholar's revolutionary discoveries in the fields of astronomy, mathematics, geodesy, and mineralogy are highlighted—specifically, his metrological accuracy in calculating the Earth's radius and the role of his works such as "India" and "The Mas'udi Canon" in inter-civilizational dialogue. Furthermore, Biruni's scientific objectivity and the significance of his intellectual heritage in the education of modern youth are substantiated.
