Abstract

Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida andragogik yondashuvning ahamiyati, ayniqsa, kattalar ta’limini amalga oshiruvchi o‘qituvchilarga – andragoglarga qo‘yiladigan talablar yoritilgan. Muallif andragogik kompetensiyalar, kasbiy malaka, shaxsiy-psixologik sifatlar va innovatsion texnologiyalar bilan ishlash bo‘yicha mezonlarni tahlil qiladi. Shuningdek, imorat (institutsional) darajasida andragog o‘qituvchilarning faoliyatini baholash va rivojlantirish mezonlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqola andragogika sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgan mutaxassislar, pedagoglar va ta’lim tashkilotlari uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
