Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagogning o‘zgargan roli va uning kasbiy kompetensiyalari talabalarning individual qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Muallif an’anaviy o‘qitish modellaridan «pedagog-fasilitator» va «pedagog-mentor» modellariga o‘tish zaruriyatini ilmiy asoslab beradi. Maqolada talabalar iqtidorini aniqlash metodikasi, o‘quv jarayonida psixologik xavfsizlik muhitini yaratish va o‘qituvchining emotsional intellekti kabi masalalar L.S. Vigotskiy, H. Gardner va C. Dweck kabi olimlarning nazariyalari kontekstida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Xulosa qismida pedagogik kompetensiyaning talaba shaxsini shakllantirishdagi strategik ahamiyati va kelajak ta’limidagi o‘rni belgilab berilgan.
