Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola Ferula foetida (sumbul) dorivor o‘simligidan biologik faol fenolik birikma — ferul kislotasini ajratib olish jarayoniga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda o‘simlik xomashyosini tayyorlash, spirtli ekstraksiya, ishqoriy gidroliz va organik erituvchilar yordamida fraksiyalash bosqichlari ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Ferul kislotasini tozalash va identifikatsiya qilishda zamonaviy fizik-kimyoviy usullarning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Olingan natijalar ferul kislotasining farmatsevtika va biotexnologiya sohalarida istiqbolli tabiiy manba ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
