Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada qisman adentiyali bemorlarda og‘iz bo‘shlig‘idagi tish qatorlari nuqsonlarini zamonaviy olinmaydigan protezlar yordamida tiklashning klinik va funksional samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda raqamli diagnostika usullari, CAD/CAM texnologiyalari hamda yuqori mustahkam biomateriallardan foydalanishning chaynash samaradorligi, okklyuzion muvozanat va bemorlarning hayot sifati ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri baholandi. Ilmiy adabiyotlar tahliliga ko‘ra, qisman adentiyali bemorlarning 65–80 % ida tish qatorlari nuqsonlari chaynash funksiyasining pasayishi va okklyuzion buzilishlar bilan kechadi [1,2]. Tadqiqot natijalari zamonaviy olinmaydigan protezlar yordamida davolash chaynash samaradorligini o‘rtacha 30–40 % ga oshirishi, okklyuzion kontaktlarning 85–95 % gacha tiklanishi hamda asoratlar chastotasining 10 % dan kam bo‘lishini ko‘rsatdi.
