Annotatsiya.Homila qobiqlarining tug’ruqdan oldin yorilishi rivojlanishi tug‘ruq jarayonining o‘ziga xos kechishiga sabab bo‘ladi.7-17 % gacha uchraydi. Homila qobiqlari yorilgandan so‘ng suvsiz davr boshlanadi, bu esa infeksion asoratlar rivojlanishi xavfini oshirishi mumkin. Shuningdek, bachadon bo‘yni yetilganlik darajasi, tug‘ruqni boshqarish taktikasi hamda tug‘ruq turi HQTOY bilan bog‘liq muhim klinik ko‘rsatkichlar hisoblanadi.
