Annotatsiya: Surunkali psixoemotsional zo‘riqish organizmning neyroendokrin integrativ tizimlarini qayta konfiguratsiyalash orqali visseral organlar gemodinamikasiga ko‘p bosqichli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur tadqiqotda stress-induksiyalangan neyrohumoral mediatorlar fonida jigar qon tomirlari tonusi, mikrotsirkulyator arxitektonikasi va endotelial homeostaz ko‘rsatkichlari kompleks baholandi. Olingan ma’lumotlar stressning jigar portal tizimida vazoregulyator disbalans, perfuzion yetishmovchilik va oksidativ shikastlanish mexanizmlari orqali patomorfologik o‘zgarishlarni induksiya qilishini ko‘rsatdi.
