Abstract

Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada maktab o‘quvchilari orasida stress va xavotirning kelib chiqish sabablari, uning psixologik xususiyatlari hamda uni kamaytirishning samarali usullari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, o‘quvchilarning ruhiy salomatligini mustahkamlashda psixolog, o‘qituvchi va ota-onaning o‘rni tahlil qilinadi.
