KO‘KRAK BEZI SARATONINI ERTA ANIQLASHDA MAMMOGRAFIYA VA ULTRATOVUSH TEKSHIRUVINING AHAMIYATI

Annotatsiya: Ko‘krak bezi saratoni (KBS) global miqyosda ayollar salomatligiga tahdid soluvchi eng keng tarqalgan onkologik kasallik bo‘lib, o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarini kamaytirishning yagona samarali yo‘li bu — erta diagnostikadir. Mazkur maqolada erta tashxis qo‘yishda mammografiya va ultratovush tekshiruvining (UTT) o‘rni zamonaviy klinik tadqiqotlar va xalqaro tavsiyalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli mammografiya skriningning "oltin standarti" hisoblansa-da, uning samaradorligi ko‘krak to‘qimasining zichligiga bevosita bog‘liq. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, o‘ta zich ko‘krak to‘qimalariga (BI-RADS D toifasi) ega ayollarda mammografiya sezgirligi pasayadi va bu guruhda saraton rivojlanish xavfi ikki baravar yuqori bo‘ladi. Ushbu muammoni hal qilishda UTT usulidan qo‘shimcha diagnostika vositasi sifatida foydalanish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Mammografiya va UTTning kombinatsiyalashgan holda qo‘llanilishi har 1000 nafar ayoldan qo‘shimcha 2–3 ta yashirin saraton holatini aniqlash imkonini beradi. Shuningdek, maqolada sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyalarining tasvirlarni tahlil qilishdagi o‘rni hamda axillar limfa tugunlarini baholashda UTTning jarrohlik amaliyotlarini optimallashtirishdagi samaradorligi (SOUND tadqiqoti misolida) ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, individual xavf omillariga asoslangan holda ushbu ikki usulni integratsiya qilish ko‘krak bezi saratonini erta aniqlashning eng ishonchli strategiyasidir.
