Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada buyrak tosh kasalligida qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy nur tashxis usullarining diagnostik ahamiyati, afzallik va cheklovlari keng tahlil qilingan. Xususan, kompyuter tomografiya, ultrasonografiya, rentgenografiya va magnit-rezonans tomografiyaning sezgirlik va spetsifiklik ko‘rsatkichlari, klinik qo‘llanilish xususiyatlari hamda bemor xavfsizligi nuqtai nazaridan samaradorligi yoritilgan. Tadqiqotlar asosida kompyuter tomografiya buyrak tosh kasalligini aniqlashda “oltin standart” ekani, ultrasonografiya esa radiatsiya yuklamasi yo‘qligi sababli birlamchi skrining usuli sifatida keng qo‘llanilishi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, past dozali KT va dual-energy KT kabi innovatsion texnologiyalarning diagnostik imkoniyatlari ham muhokama qilingan. Maqolada turli klinik holatlar uchun optimal diagnostik algoritmlar taklif etilib, individual yondashuv zarurligi ta’kidlangan.
