Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bolalarda keng tarqalgan ikki muhim kasallik — raxit va gipotireozning kelib chiqish sabablari, patogenetik mexanizmlari va klinik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Kalsiy-fosfat almashinuvida D vitaminining roli, paratgormon va kalsitoninning suyak to'qimasiga ta'siri, qalqonsimon bez gormonlari — tiroksin (T4) va triyodtironin (T3) ning oqsil sintezi, energiya almashinuvi va hujayra jarayonlaridagi o'rni batafsil ko'rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek gormonlarning retseptorlar orqali ta'sir mexanizmi, karbonsuvlar, yog'lar va aminokislotalar almashinuviga ko'rsatadigan ta'siri hamda bu jarayonlarning yoshga bog'liq xususiyatlari yoritiladi. Maqolada qon zardobida gormonlar, mineral moddalar miqdorini aniqlash orqali erta tashxis qo'yish va o'z vaqtida davolash bolalar organizmining to'laqonli o'sishi va rivojlanishini ta'minlashdagi ahamiyati alohida ta'kidlanadi.
