Abstract

Annotasiya: O‘t-tosh kasalligini tashxislashda ultratovush tekshiruvi (UTT) va magnit-rezonans tomografiyasi (MRT) bugungi kunda eng ko‘p qo‘llaniladigan invaziv bo‘lmagan usullar hisoblanadi. Ikkala usul ham kasallikning o'rni, tarqalishi va faollik darajasini yuqori aniqlikda aniqlash imkonini beradi, biroq ularning diagnostik imkoniyatlari bir qator jihatlarda farqlanadi. MRT ingichka ichakdagi o'zgarishlarni aniqlashda sezgirligi va o'ziga xosligi bo'yicha UTTga nisbatan 10–14% yuqori natija ko'rsatadi. Ayniqsa fistula, striktura va ekstramuralь asoratlarni vizualizatsiya qilishda MRT aniq ustunlikka ega. Shu bilan birga, MRT qimmatligi, keng tarqalmagan ixtisoslashgan uskunalar talab etishi va tekshiruv muddatining uzunligi (taxminan 60 daqiqa) kabi cheklovlarga ega. UTT esa arzon, real vaqtda, nurlanishsiz bajarilishi va bemorlar tomonidan yaxshiroq qabul qilinishi bilan ajralib turadi. Zamonaviy kontrast moddali UTT (SICUS) esa MRTga yaqinlashuvchi aniqlikni — 95% gacha sezgirlikni — ko'rsata boshladi. Davolanish jarayonini kuzatishda, ayniqsa yosh bemorlarda, UTT birinchi tanlov usuli sifatida tobora ko'proq e'tirof etilmoqda.
