AYOLLARDAGI BEPUSHTLIK SABABLARINI ANIQLASHDA GISTEROSALPINGOGRAFIYA (GSG) USULINING ISHLATILISH AHAMIYATI
Abstract
Annotatsiya: Ushbu ilmiy-tadqiqot ishi ayollardagi bepushtlik sabablarini, xususan, bachadon bo'shlig'i va naylari patologiyalarini aniqlashda gisterosalpingografiya (GSG) usulining klinik o'rni, diagnostik aniqligi va terapevtik imkoniyatlarini har tomonlama baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi – GSG diagnostik samaradorligini endoskopik (laparoskopiya, gisteroskopiya) va ultratovush usullari bilan taqqoslash hamda turli rentgenokontrast moddalarning bepushtlikni davolashga ta'sirini tahlil qilishdir. Metodologik jihatdan o'nlab yirik metatahlillar va tadqiqotlar natijalari (150 dan ortiq bemorlar ma'lumoti) tizimli tahlil qilindi va solishtirildi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, GSG bachadon naylari o'tkazuvchanligini baholashda yuqori sezuvchanlik va o'ziga xoslikka ega, biroq kichik ichki patologiyalarni topishda endoskopik usullardan ortda qoladi. Xulosa o'rnida ta'kidlash joizki, GSG nafaqat bepushtlik sabablarini aniqlashda ishonchli birlamchi diagnostika usuli bo'lib qolmoqda, balki yog'da eriydigan kontrast moddalar qo'llanilganda nay o'tkazuvchanligini tiklashga yordam beruvchi kuchli terapevtik ta'sirga ham ega.
