MENINGIOMALARNI TASHXISLASHDA MRT NING IMKONIYATLARNI BAHOLASH
Abstract
Annotatsiya. Meningioma markaziy asab tizimining eng ko'p uchraydigan birlamchi shishlaridan biri bo'lib, barcha bosh miya ichki o'sindilirining taxminan uchdan bir qismini tashkil etadi. Uning asosiy qismi (80%) Jahon sog'liqni saqlash tashkiloti tasnifi bo'yicha I darajali xavfsiz xarakterga ega bo'lib, jarrohlik yo'li bilan to'liq olib tashlangandan so'ng odatda qulay bashorat bilan kechadi. Biroq II va III darajali atipik hamda yomon sifatli turlar 15–25% holatlarda qayd etilib, qayta bosh ko'tarish xavfining yuqoriligi (40–75% gacha) va klinik oqibatlarning og'irligi bilan ajralib turadi.
