COVID-19 VA SHIFOXONADAN TASHQARI PNEVMONIYA KASALLIKLARINI FARQLASHDA MULTISPIRALLI KOMPYUTER TOMOGRAFIYASINING (MSKT) IMKONIYATLARINI BAHOLASH

Ushbu maqolada COVID-19 pnevmoniyasi va shifoxonadan tashqari pnevmoniyani (SHP) farqlashda multispiralli kompyuter tomografiyasining (MSKT) diagnostik imkoniyatlari keng tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot "Zangiota 1-sonli maxsus shifoxonasi"da o'tkazilib, MSKT tasdig'i olingan 50 nafar COVID-19 bemori va 50 nafar SHP bilan og'rigan bemorlar ishtirokida amalga oshirildi. 64 kesimli MSKT skanerlari yordamida o'pkaning morfologik ko'rsatkichlari, zararlanish tarqalishi, xarakterli radiologik belgilar ("xira oyna" sindroми, konsolidatsiya, "tosh yotqizilgan ko'cha" belgisi) hamda plevral o'zgarishlar kompleks baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, COVID-19 guruhida "xira oyna" (GGO) belgisi bemorlarning 92% ida, ikki tomonlama periferik zararlanish esa 88% ida aniqlandi. SHP guruhida esa segmentar yoki lobar konsolidatsiya 90% da, plevral effuziya 62% da qayd etildi. Statistik tahlil (P < 0,001) ikkala kasallik o'rtasidagi radiologik farqning yuqori darajada ishonchli ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Mualliflar MSKT ning kompleks qo'llanilishi COVID-19 va SHPni differensial diagnostika qilishda 93% dan yuqori sezgirlikka erishishni ta'minlashi va erta tashxis o'lim ko'rsatkichini sezilarli darajada kamaytirishi mumkinligini xulosalamoqdalar.
