Infeksion endokardit (IE) yurak klapanlari va endokardning og‘ir yallig‘lanish kasalligi bo‘lib, yuqori o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlari bilan tibbiyotning dolzarb muammosi bo‘lib qolmoqda. Maqolada kasallik diagnostikasida "oltin standart" hisoblangan qon ekmalari bilan bir qatorda, ekmasi manfiy holatlarda (BCNE) 16S rDNK PCR tahlilining patogen agentni identifikatsiya qilishdagi hal qiluvchi roli yoritilgan. Shuningdek, an’anaviy exokardiografiya imkoniyatlari cheklangan murakkab klinik holatlarda -FDG PET/CT va SPECT/CT kabi gibrid vizualizatsiya usullarining yashirin infeksiya o‘choqlarini aniqlashdagi inqilobiy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ushbu innovatsion usullar majmuasi Duke mezonlarining sezgirligini 52 foizdan 91 foizgacha oshirib, "soqov" emboliyalarni erta aniqlash imkonini beradi. Integratsiyalashgan yondashuv orqali umumiy diagnostik aniqlikni 95 foizdan yuqori ko‘rsatkichga ko‘tarish va gospital o‘lim darajasini 12 foizga qisqartirish mumkinligi isbotlangan. Maqolada kardiolog, mikrobiolog va xirurglardan iborat "Endocarditis Team" jamoasining optimal davolash strategiyasini tanlashdagi o‘rni alohida ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Bunday kompleks diagnostik tizim asoratlarni minimallashtirish va bemorlarning hayotiy prognozini yaxshilashning asosiy omilidir. Mazkur "uchlik" yondashuv (mikrobiologiya, PCR va gibrid vizualizatsiya) zamonaviy kardiologiyada IE diagnostikasining mukammal tizimini shakllantiradi.
