BACHADON MEOMASINI ANIQLASHDA ULTRATOVUSH TEKSHIRUVINING IMKONIYATLARIGA BAHO BERISH

Abstrakt. Bachadon miomasi reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar orasida eng ko‘p uchraydigan xavfsiz o‘smalardan biri bo‘lib, sezilarli klinik belgilarga olib kelishi mumkin. Erta va aniq tashxis qo‘yish to‘g‘ri davolashni tanlash uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi bachadon miomasini aniqlashda ultratovush tekshiruvining diagnostik imkoniyatlarini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqot doirasida zamonaviy adabiyotlar va klinik ma’lumotlar tahlil qilinib, transabdominal va transvaginal usullarni o‘z ichiga olgan ultratovush texnikalarining samaradorligi baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ultratovush tekshiruvi miomaning hajmi, soni va joylashuvini aniqlashda hamda ularni dinamik kuzatishda yuqori samaradorlikka ega. Biroq, murakkab holatlarda ayrim cheklovlar ham kuzatildi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, ultratovush tekshiruvi bachadon miomasini aniqlashda birinchi darajali, noinvaziv va keng qo‘llaniladigan diagnostik usul hisoblanadi, ammo ayrim holatlarda qo‘shimcha tasviriy tekshiruv usullari talab qilinishi mumkin.
