Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada o‘tkir ishemik insult diagnostikasida kompyuter tomografiya (KT) va magnit-rezonans tomografiya (MRT) usullarining diagnostik ahamiyati va klinik imkoniyatlari taqqoslanadi. KT va MRTning erta tashxis qo‘yishdagi roli, ishemik va gemorragik insultni differensial diagnostika qilishdagi afzalliklari hamda cheklovlari tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy multimodal KT yondashuvi va MRTning diffuziyaga sezgir ketma-ketliklari (DWI, FLAIR) orqali insultning erta bosqichini aniqlash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqildi. Adabiyotlar asosida o‘tkazilgan tahlil KTning tezkorligi va keng qo‘llanilishi, MRTning esa yuqori sezgirlik va aniqlikni ta’minlashi bilan ajralib turishini ko‘rsatadi. Natijalar klinik amaliyotda optimal tasvirlash usulini tanlash bemorning holati va mavjud resurslarga bog‘liqligini tasdiqlaydi.
