AYOLLARDA BEPUSHTLIKNI TASHXISLASHDA HISTEROSALPINGOGRAFIYANING (GSG) AHAMIYATI

Annotatsiya: Bugungi kunda ayollarda bepushtlik muammosi reproduktiv tibbiyotning eng dolzarb masalalaridan biri bo'lib, uning sabablarini o'z vaqtida va to'g'ri aniqlash davolashning samaradorligini belgilaydi. Gisterosalpingografiya (GSG) truba o'tkazuvchanligi va bachadon bo'shlig'i holatini baholash uchun birinchi qator diagnostika usuli sifatida qo'llaniladi. Biroq, O'zbekistonda GSGning diagnostik imkoniyatlari, cheklovlari va terapevtik ta'siri klinik amaliyotda yetarlicha o'rganilmagan.Ushbu maqola bu bo’shliqni to'ldirish maqsadida yozilgan — ya'ni, bepusht ayollarda nave faktori va bachadon anomaliyalarini aniqlashda GSGning sezgirlik, sezgirlik va umumiy diagnostik aniqlik ko'rsatkichlarini laparoskopiya bilan taqqoslashlar asosida ilmiy jihatdan tasdiqlash, shuningdek, yog' va suv asosidagi kontrast vositalari bilan davolash samaradorligini baholash. Tadqiqotda 120 bepusht ayol ishtirok etdi va olingan natijalar bizga GSGning klinik amaliyotdagi roli haqida aniq xulosalar chiqarishga yordam berdi.
