Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqola insultni tashxislashda magnit-rezonans tomografiya (MRT) va kompyuter tomografiyasi (KT) ning diagnostik ahamiyatini PubMed va Google Scholar ma’lumotlar bazalaridan tanlangan 15 ta xalqaro ilmiy adabiyot asosida o‘rganadi. Insult – bu global miqyosda o‘lim va nogʻironlikning yetakchi sabablaridan biri bo‘lib, tez va aniq tashxis qo‘yish bemor hayotini saqlab qolish uchun hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, KT gemorragik insultni 98,7% aniqlik bilan, ishemik insultni esa erta bosqichda atigi 43,2% aniqlik bilan aniqlaydi. MRT ning diffuzion-og‘irlikdagi tasvir (DWI) protokoli esa ishemik insultni simptom boshlanganidan 30-60 daqiqa ichida 74-91% sezgirlik bilan aniqlashga qodir. Ikkala usulning birgalikdagi qo‘llanilishi umumiy diagnostik aniqlikni 97,2% gacha oshiradi va bemorlarning funksional tiklanish ko‘rsatkichini 84,3% ga yetkazadi. Maqola klinitsistlarga MRT va KT ni qaysi hollarda va qanday tartibda qo‘llash zarurligini ko‘rsatuvchi amaliy tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi.
