Annotatsiya: Mazkur ilmiy maqolada ko‘p yillik sport tayyorgarligi tizimida regbichilarda chidamlilik sifatini shakllantirishning ilmiy-metodologik asoslari keng yoritilgan. Regbi sport turi yuqori intensivlikdagi jismoniy yuklamalar, tezkor qaror qabul qilish, murakkab texnik-taktik harakatlar hamda uzoq muddatli funksional barqarorlikni talab qiladigan sport turlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Shu sababli regbichilarda umumiy va maxsus chidamlilikni rivojlantirish sport natijadorligini belgilovchi muhim omillardan biri sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada yosh sportchilarning morfofunksional xususiyatlari, biologik rivojlanish bosqichlari, yuklamalarni rejalashtirish prinsiplari, aerob va anaerob imkoniyatlarni oshirish usullari, zamonaviy mashg‘ulot texnologiyalari hamda tiklanish vositalarining ilmiy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ko‘p yillik tayyorgarlikning boshlang‘ich, ixtisoslashuv va yuqori sport mahorati bosqichlarida chidamlilikni rivojlantirishning metodik yondashuvlari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot davomida sport fiziologiyasi, pedagogikasi va sport mashg‘ulotlari nazariyasiga oid ilmiy manbalar asosida regbichilar tayyorgarligining samarali modeli ishlab chiqish masalalari yoritilgan.
