Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada sport mashg‘ulotlari jarayonida sportchilar organizmining tiklanish jarayonlarini tashkil etishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Sport mashg‘ulotlari davomida yuzaga keladigan yuqori darajadagi jismoniy va funksional yuklamalar natijasida organizmda charchoq holati yuzaga keladi. Shu sababli tiklanish jarayonlarini ilmiy asosda tashkil etish sportchilar ish qobiliyatini saqlash va sport natijalarini oshirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda faol dam olish, sport massaji, suv muolajalari, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, uyqu rejimi hamda fizioterapevtik vositalarning tiklanish jarayonlariga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari sport mashg‘ulotlari jarayonida tiklanish vositalaridan oqilona foydalanish sportchilarning funksional holatini yaxshilash hamda mashg‘ulot samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi.
