Abstract

Annotatsiya — Ushbu maqolada tibbiy signallar asosida qaror qabul qilishga ko‘maklashish tizimlarining umumiy arxitekturasi va amaliy ahamiyati IMRAD talablari asosida tahlil qilinadi. ECG, EEG, PPG, nafas olish, arterial qon bosimi va EMG kabi fiziologik signallarni yig‘ish, oldindan qayta ishlash, xususiyatlarni ajratish hamda mashinali va chuqur o‘qitish modellari yordamida tahlil qilish bosqichlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tahlillar ECG asosidagi tizimlar aritmiyalarni aniqlashda, EEG tizimlari tutqanoq va uyqu bosqichlarini baholashda, PPG va ICU waveform signallari esa masofaviy monitoring va erta ogohlantirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi. Shu bilan birga, signal shovqini, ma’lumotlar nomutanosibligi, model izohlanuvchanligi, klinik xavfsizlik va standartlarga moslik asosiy muammolar sifatida qayd etiladi.
