Abstract

Annotatsiya: Qarish jismoniy funksiyalarning bosqichma-bosqich yomonlashuvi va kasalliklarga moyillikning ortishi bilan tavsiflanib, barcha organ va toʻqimalarga, ayniqsa teriga taʼsir koʻrsatadi. Teri qarishi ichki omillar (genetika, hujayra metabolizmi) va tashqi omillar (atrof-muhit, turmush tarzi) taʼsirida yuzaga keladi. Bu mexanizmlarni tushunish sogʻlom qarishni ragʻbatlantirish va teri qarishi taʼsirini kamaytirish uchun juda muhimdir. Ushbu sharh teri va ichki qarishga taʼsir etuvchi asosiy omillarni umumlashtirib, ularning tagida yotuvchi mexanizmlar va hissa qoʻshuvchi elementlar haqida keng tushuncha berishga qaratilgan.
