Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy ishchilar maktablarining rivojlanishida ayollar harakatining tarixiy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. XIX va XX asrlarda ayollar tomonidan tashkil etilgan settlement markazlari, xayriya jamiyatlari va dastlabki kurslar ijtimoiy ishning professional shakllanishiga turtki bo‘lgan. Tadqiqot shuni ko‘rsatadiki, tarixiy tajribalarni zamonaviy pedagogik yondoshuvlar bilan uyg‘unlashtirish ijtimoiy ishchilar tayyorlash sifatini oshirish va jamiyatdagi ijtimoiy ehtiyojlarga samarali javob berishga xizmat qiladi.
