ПИТАНИЯ И КАЧЕСТВЕННЫЙ АНАЛИЗ НУТРИЕНТОВ В РАЦИОНЕ ЖЕНЩИН КЛИМАКТЕРИЧЕСКОГО ПЕРИОДА

Аннотация. Здоровое питание необходимо в любом возрасте, но в
пожилом возрасте особенно важно избегать рисков, связанных с заболеваниями
сердца, диабетом, ожирением и прочими хроническими недугами. Количество и
качество пищи определяются возрастом, полом и характером выполняемой
работы. Диета людей пожилого возраста существенно отличается от диеты
молодых. Пожилому человеку требуется меньше калорий, чем молодому, что
связано со снижением физической активности и особенностями обмена веществ.
Но уменьшенный по калорийности рацион должен содержать достаточное
количество минеральных солей, витаминов, белков. Общую калорийность
суточного рациона для пожилых людей необходимо снижать преимущественно
за счет животных жиров и простых углеводов.
