Abstract

Yurak qon tomir yetishmovchiligi (ishemik yurak kasalligi) 
dunyoda o‘lim sabablari orasida yetakchi o‘rin tutadi. Ushbu tezisda yurak qon tomir 
yetishmovchiligida ilg‘or xirurgik yondashuvlar – minimal invaziv koronar 
arteriyalarni aylanib o‘tish operatsiyalari (MICS CABG), pompasiz (off-pump) 
CABG, robot-yardali total endoskopik koronar aylanib o‘tish (TECAB), gibrid 
revaskulyarizatsiya va boshqa zamonaviy usullar tahlil qilinadi. Tezisda an’anaviy va 
ilg‘or usullarning samaradorligi, asoratlari va uzoq muddatli natijalari solishtiriladi. 
Ilg‘or yondashuvlar bemorlarda tiklanishni tezlashtirish, asoratlarni kamaytirish va 
hayot sifatini oshirishda ustunlik ko‘rsatadi. Tezis 2023–2025 yillardagi so‘nggi 
tadqiqotlarga asoslanadi.
