Abstract

Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida raqamli baholash 
jarayonlarini boshqarishdagi dolzarb muammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etishda 
blokcheyn texnologiyasining imkoniyatlari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. An’anaviy va 
zamonaviy elektron baholash tizimlarining kamchiliklari ko‘rib chiqilib, blokcheynga 
asoslangan shaffof baholash modeli taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari oliy ta’limda 
baholash jarayonlarining ishonchliligi va adolatliligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
