:Ushbu maqolada qisqa masofaga yuguruvchilarda neyromushak
toliqishining marra chizig‘ida tezlanish texnikasiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot
jarayonida sprinterlarda muskul faolligi, harakat koordinatsiyasi hamda tezlikni saqlab
qolish qobiliyatidagi o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilindi. Neyromushak toliqishi natijasida qadam
uzunligi va chastotasining kamayishi, tana holatining buzilishi hamda oxirgi metrlar
davomida tezlanish samaradorligining pasayishi aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar qisqa
masofaga yuguruvchilarning tayyorgarlik jarayonida neyromushak barqarorligini
oshirishga qaratilgan mashg‘ulot usullarini takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
