Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sportchilarda jismoniy tayyorgarlik darajasini oshirishda 
zamonaviy mashg‘ulot metodlarining samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. 
Tadqiqot jarayonida sportchilarning asosiy jismoniy sifatlari rivojiga zamonaviy 
trening yondashuvlarining ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tajriba-sinov ishlari natijalari zamonaviy 
mashg‘ulot metodlarining an’anaviy yondashuvlarga nisbatan yuqori samaradorlikka 
ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar sportchilarning funksional imkoniyatlari va 
sport natijalarining barqaror o‘sishini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. 
Shuningdek, mashg‘ulot jarayonini rejalashtirishda individual yondashuv hamda 
yuklama va tiklanish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish zarurligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot 
xulosalari sport mashg‘ulotlari amaliyotini takomillashtirish va yuqori malakali 
sportchilar tayyorlashda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
